Oil, onion, garlic. Chilli, peanut butter, peanuts. Lemon, galangal, lemongrass, ginger, vinegar, brown sugar, shrimp paste, coconut cream, cornflour, chicken, jasmine rice, market vegetables.
Place in the microwave for 2 mins, careful when removing the cover to avoid a steam burn, check the centre is heated through and if not, place back into the microwave for 30-60 seconds.
